yah kinda had a fire utterly gut the interior a few years ago, so needs like a roof, alot of roof and more or less everything else cept some framing, exterior walls and foundation look good, it has a floor hey! and even a few doors. Although the most valuable thing might possibly be that actively changed billboard on the roof, actively changed I have observed, huh I wonder if they are poaching? recycling! score! uh what sign viacom dude? I need a roof deck so I can flip off that new blimp that keeps going back and forth over my place to tease me, or photo surlys garden up there.
